National Large Capacity Glassware Dryer model NLD-41 is built for years of reliable, efficient operation at an affordable price. Ideal for use with National Glassware Washers, this dryer provides 41 cubic feet of capacity for high-volume glassware drying/sterilization. Temperature is set by means of an easy-to-use controller. Control panel includes an adjustable over-temperature limit. Temperature uniformity is assured by a mechanical air convection system. Heating elements are shielded from the chamber and protected from dripping water.
Heated air is delivered through an air diffuser floor plate providing even drying. Interior and exterior construction is 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning, superior corrosion-resistance and durability. High temperature and resilient silicone door gaskets, heavy-duty positive action latches, and pre-compressed glass wool insulation help to prevent heat-loss and provide efficient operation.
This dryer can be supplied with a variety of options and accessories including a single pen 10" chart recorder, through-wall validation ports, and additional stainless steel rod shelves.
This model features a microprocessor-based digital controller with LED readout and temperatures up to 180ºC. It can accommodate four standard National washer baskets per shelf and is supplied with 4 shelves as standard.
